We are offering discounts for our guests booking directly with us via our website most of the time, so please make a smart decision and book directly with us to get the best price.
Deposit
You will be charged a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation. Deposit is non-refundable. The balance to be paid on arrival.
Refund & Cancellation
As we are a small hotel, late cancellations and no-shows really affect our business, therefore our deposit and cancellation policy is as follows:
Free of charge cancellations are only possible if cancelled at least 120 days in advance before your stay. In any other cases your deposit will not be refunded, but in some cases, we can offer date change or a credit note for later stays.
Non-arrival (No Show)
If you fail to arrive to the hotel till next day 11 am of your original booking and do not inform us about it in advance by email or phone, we will see this as No Show and your entire reservation will be cancelled automatically by the resort. You will be charged the cost of the whole reservation.
Shorten stay (Early check out)
If your plans change and you decide to leave earlier, we will understand it as cancellation and will ask you to pay in full for all remaining nights.
ID
It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.
Payment at the hotel
To pay your accommodation bill balance we accept cash, card payments and Gpay.
Taxes
All accommodation rates are subject to Goods and Service Tax (GST).
Check in and check out times
Check in time is 2 pm, check out – 11 am.
Special requests
Please note all special requests will not be guaranteed as they are subject to availability upon your arrival to the hotel.
Early check in
If you are arriving at night or early morning, we advise you book your accommodation starting with previous night so you can check in directly after arrival. Or you can hope for luck that your villa will not be occupied the night before and you will not have to wait till other guests check out and villa gets cleaned for you.
Late check out
Check out time is 11 am. If you require a later check out, please contact us before 10 am on the day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply, depending on villa availability.
Extra bed
Extra bed or baby cot can be arranged free of cost. Only one extra bed can be fitted in one room.
Wifi
Wifi is complimentary.
Taxi
We can arrange transfers from Dabolim, Mopa airports or Madgaon train station to Simrose Beach Resort.
Inappropriate Behaviour
Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, or if any inappropriate behavious is brought to the attention of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.
Damage
Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to Hotel asset. Guest shall keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
Guests may be contacted closer to their check-in date to confirm the arrival status or arrival time through calls or messages. In case, we do not receive a response from the guest after multiple attempts, the booking may be put on hold or cancelled. In case of availability, Simrose Beach Resort will try to reinstate your booking when you contact us back or make a payment through our multitude of payment options
Force Majeure
The resort cannot accept responsibility or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of the reservation contract is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which account to “force majeure”.
Circumstances accounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the destruction or damage of your accommodation (which cannot reasonably be remedied to a satisfactory standard before the start of your stay) through fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.
It is explicitly agreed that an event of force majeure suspends execution of the reciprocal obligations for the parties, and that each party shall pay the expenses resulting therefrom. In particular, the guests alone shall pay the additional expenses that might be incurred for any change in hotel, following the event of force majeure.
